General Info for GPISD Parents

As we focus on high student achievement in the Grand Prairie ISD, we must depend on our dedicated parents and our students’ guardians to help our students be successful.

We encourage you to be involved in your child’s education. We encourage you to contact his or her teachers either through the school, by telephone or e-mail.

Links provided on this Parent’s Page will allow you to gather more information about those things that directly impact students. From student handbooks to lunch menus, this page includes many of the items you will need for back-to-school as well as throughout the school year.

If you’re interested in volunteering, you can go to the Human Resources page, fill out the Texas Safe Schools Project form and follow up with the campus secretary regarding the status of your request.

Together, staff and parents can work so every student can be successful.
